Does the gasket from the catalytic converter to downpipe have a >3" opening?
I want to go from a 3" test pipe to a 3" downpipe and have a smooth transition. Wondering if I get a 3" test pipe and use the stock gasket will that be a restriction in the exhaust?
Cannot make the downpipe and test pipe one piece because of California laws I need to be able to replace the test pipe with the OEM cat.

i dont have any idea.. did u try to google your queries? or try to look for forums that have the same problem as yours..
