Yes. But the downside outweighs the upside IMHO.

Maybe 3-4 hp at crank - not enough to outweigh unknowns about it. IMO

Default not dampening vibrations like it's meant to do...
there's a reason why it's somewhat heavy and has a big chunk of rubber in it.

If I remember correctly, it's better to put in a LW flywheel than pulley....

Default Minor improvement
Don't worry about the "unknowns". I've put over 250,000 miles on two vehicles with a LW flywheel and LW crank pulley without issues.
