Does my car qualify as a lemon?

My state's lemon law specifies that a car is considered a lemon if "...the uncorrected defect substantially impairs the use, value or safety of the new vehicle".
My wipers start and stay on after the car has been parked under the sun for a few hours. It has been going on for over a month now and I have taken it to 2 different dealers for a total of 6 times. They have replaced parts 4 out of the 6 visits. The other 2, they simply say "no problem found".
My state's lemon law also indicates that the manufacturer has 3 attempts to fix the problem before I am entitled to enter a claim. I think that I have been very patient inspite of the lack of customer service from both dealers and Audi of America's Customer Relations people.
The car is only 7 months old.
I would appreciate any advise. Thanks.

Here's one for you - auto climate control set to MAN and yet whenever
the car is started and for the first few minutes afterwards the fan
rushes to high speed. Set it down, choose another MANual setting
and it does it again.
My guess is some engine temp sensor is kicking it on...dealer
of course as yet has no idea
Anyone else?
