Does the S4 wheel liner really make any difference??

As I recall, he found that the charge temps recovered much more quickly from heat soaking with the wheel liner mod than stock.
Of course that's only an issue if you were experiencing power loss from heat soaking, like say on the track.

that if you can do something (safe) to increase airflow - it is worth it.
The modified wheel well liner is standard on the S4, who knows why it is not standard on the A4.
Simple mod: couldn't hurt - right?
Only complaint (aside from fit where people debate over the extra little lip that may stick out) seems to be road crap possibly getting stuck in the vents, however S4s must deal with this as well.

I am not sure where exactly the liner has trouble fitting, right now the bottom-left hand corner isn't even attached. Will this reduce the modifications needed in order to fit the liner?
Thanks
Thanks
