yes and no... it totally sucks, but...

if you consider what we DON'T get caught for, I would argue we are pretty freaking lucky...

Okay, your disclaimer provoked me to say that! :-)

I go through a similar work zone (where they are never working) everyday, and often wonder how much it's gonna hurt if I get caught blowing through there at 65 (the speed limit when there is NO construction).
