The inside miraculously didn't get wet, but could the water have seeped inside the roof liner? I left it in that position overnight in my covered garage hoping it would dry.
Did i do any damage to anything? What else to do?
Thanks!

is be concerned about that damp liner getting moldy or smelly. Id take a hair dryer and an extension cord, get them close to your car, and attempt to dry that liner. It's also a good idea to use a lysol or other type aresol to spray onto the liner as well, to make sure it doesn't get smelly/discolored.

The sunroof was not designed to be water tight. There are drains around the sunroof that route the water near the 4 wheel wells. If water seeped in, it will go down those drains. Any water that splashed in may have made the fabric near the sunroof a little wet, but if it was significant, you would have said so already.
Sounds like you're fine.
