Default Dos not start - alarm kicks in????

Hi.

I've got a problem (1997 A4 1.8 T). While driving, at a very moment the horn started to yell. Got to the destination, closed the car, but, it seemed the centralised key lock was rather weird, but locked the car. when returning, for the first time, the car started, but the alarm was activated and the horn was yelling...
Stopped the car, and when I tried to start the car, the car won't start and the alarm kicks in all the time. Moreover, the windows are going down, and they can be raised "randomly"....

Took the (-) wire from the battery off, but did not help.

I pushed it home (I had the problem less than 1/4 mile from home..).

Maybe the alarm is problematic????

How can I disable the alarm at least to be able to start the car?

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Would that be reason that the horn started to yell while driving? The alternator should give the voltage needed to function properly?
