Default Dose a S4 exaust fit on a 2.8

Dose anyone now if A S4 exaust will fit on a A4 2.8, the set up looks the same frome under the car bu i dont want to buy somthing that wont fit?

Default it does, but the diameter is too large to improve performance (more)

thats according to PES-tuning. the only time they put a s4 exaust on a 2.8 is when they install one of their super chargers on the 2.8

So would it bolt on though? Or is welding needed?
