Drivetrain jerks when giving and releasing gas!!

Hi,
wondering if you guys can help me with ideas of what woiuld be causing this. When I apply gas there is a jerk and when i let go of the pedal there is a jerk.....please help!!

The stock one is very soft & flimsy rubber when compared to the one from APR. Yours is probably torn or damaged or just worn out.

5.2L Jeep Grand Cherokee would go through motor mounts, namely, because I was told they're were the same on the V6. Of course, I wasn't exactly nice to it. Once the tranfer case started making a lot of noise ~95k miles from a stretched chain and rebuilds were $1k+, we sold it.
