Well, here's the deal...they didn't have directions, so they didn't install them!
The guy who would normally call Audi to find the directions was out on vacation, so it wasn't going to get installed today. I'll have to wait until the next service...sorry!

A bunch of warrenty work....
Most of the time I took my car in for basic warrenty issues they never fixed the problem. This happened with my squeeky windows, control arms (a big one) and some random interior issues. If I were you, I would check out Vision VW/AUDI/PORSCHE in Reading PA. Heard some good stuff about them.
