DTC 16396 Camshaft Advance Setpoint not Reached...
found some info on this DTC with the search, but I am hoping that some of the folks that had the problem found out what it was and can let me know what the deal is. Aditionally, when I start my car up, the valves are really noisy, like there is no oil or something, but it goes right away after about 2 seconds. The TB was done at 50k miles, according to the previous owner, I have put 15k miles on it and it has been flawless until now...
