Dumb question: what does "cat-back" really mean? Is a Brullen exhaust for a 2.8 "cat-back"?.........

Default Dumb question: what does "cat-back" really mean? Is a Brullen exhaust for a 2.8 "cat-back"?.........
Does it mean that it replaces the cat? Or start just behind it?

Do I have to worry about the whole "breaking cat bolts" issue with a Brullen exhaust on my 2.8?

Default So are the cat-back exhausts the ones that have the breaking cat-bolts issue?..........
do you know if the LLTek Brullen exhaust for the 2.8 is a cat back?

Ok. And the downpipe is just behind the cat right?So I don't have to worry about breaking cat bolts?
