DVR Problems!!!
i have a Forge Motorsports DVR on my 98 1.8T. The problem that is occuring is that, once i get into the gas and the turbo starts to whistle, this loud type of HONKKKK occurs with the whistling. It only happens though when the turbo kicks in.
Tonight i pulled the DVR off looking for a problem. I found a vacum hose with a little wear on it so i replaced it, hoping it had a leak...it didn't so im wondering what else could it be? all other connections are solid.
any suggestions?

yep..
if you have the race Forge DV it has a diaphragm. Your valve should have came with a spare diaphragm in case of one failing. I bet you need a new diaghragm and a proper cleaning. This is why I run the old school Forge valve..single piston/dual O ring setup..less problems.
