Yes. And they tend to refer to the one piece projectors instead of the two piece.

Although incorrectly.. The 2 piece lights are every bit as 'E code' as the 1 piece..

it's just that the 2 piece lights were never quite as popular as the projectors. Interesting, the 2 piece units also tend to be more expensive.

They're way rarer..

and, yes, they are both e codes, but thanks to the popularity of the 1 peice there is essentially no demand for the 2 piece, except for people looking to save their fenders.

I know of only 1 lister that has the 2 piece glass H4 ones...

That is/was Andy Hedin, but they went with the car when he got his S4 Avant. If I had to do it all over again, I would have gotten those, because they will handle 130w bulbs, and the cutoff is not quite as sharp, so you don't need extra lights to see around corners (important here in Vermont)
