Anyone know the latest choices on putting an aftermarket radio and/or CD changer in a '96 A4? PIE is not going to be producing an adapter. For the price of the Alpine unit you can get a decent Pioneer radio AND changer +install and have enought to take the wife to a good eatery.

I spent the money on the Alpine and I don't like it as much as I would had I purchased an after market unit. first of all, I don't have any cassettes to play in the head unit. And then, the additional cd changer magazine cost about $55 a pop at discounters. Get anything but the Alpine unit.
