Default If you have a laptop its worth getting the VAG-Com instead
This one in particular won't scan Central Locking, the radio, CLIMAtronic, instrument cluster...etc

Default If you have a PDA you could get ProDiag from Shadetree software...
they just merged with HPA motorsports so you can count on a quality product and good service

maybe you should ask if the scanner will throw out Pxxxx codes or the 5 digit vag ones.
