Ecode HID and HID kit retrofit ballast
Was anyone able to use any aftermarket hid kit in a stock ecode S4 HID housing and place the ballast in the stock location for a clean install?
I dont want to have to remotely mount the ballast and wanted to know if anyone has done this and had pics so I can see if any ballast can be made to fit the bottom slot in the ecode hid housings and how much mod needed to be done as well for the D2S bulb.
Also, can this aftermarket setup work through or be connected to the stock harness connection on the ecode HID or do you still have to run the separate connection as you would with a retrofit?
