ECS: Will those CD changers work with a '96 A4? Radio is a Delta CC. Back then, the CD changers were a 6cd unit.

Mine does. Just pulled it out last night. Was looking closer, and the pin config looks a tad different (set up in a circle with a pin in the middle vs a grid, still 9 pin)

Mine has the head unit, but no CD changer. The connector was in the trunk liner however. Also, when I try to switch it to CD changer mode, it tells me its not connected. My manual also states the unit has CD changer controls. Sweet, I'll put an order in! Thanks for the quick replies on the forum!

I do have to call to see if you have the floor mat mounting HW. One came off and is tearing the bottom of the floor mat.

Chris thanks. However, what I need is the part that is connected to the floor. It sorta looks like a very tall button. The button then goes through the floor mat, and holds the parts you linked to. Thanks for the link however.

I must say, your site is VERY easy to use.

Heres some pics to show the mat connector and the cd changer connector in the trunk of my '96 A4 2.8L Quattro:

And my trunk. I forgot to ask, but I assume the CD Changer does not come with a mount? If not, what does the mount I need look like? Thanks again!

CD Changer is only good for pre-facelift years? What about for my 99.5? I could really use some CD music.

Confirmed, the CD changers you stock are not plug and play with the 9pin plug in the Audi. I ordered the CD player based on your first response saying it will work...oh well.

The CD changer ECS sells is a 13pin male plug.
