Default a response.....

I'll reserve a majority of comments which could be made because they should be given more time to respond, respectively. They are not too hot on dealing with situations when they send incorrect parts. Their idea of customer service, is get a machine recorded voice, leave your message and don't bother responding. It seems to be similar with their email.
Generally, I've had better luck with them in the past but lately, whew.

Default yup... if you have an account through a shipper you get considerable savings...

my family runs a mail room that deals w/ UPS and FedEx. When I ship through them vs a Kinkos or UPS store there's a considerable price difference.

For example: I shipped 2 sport seats from a 200 (weigh ~70lbs a piece). When I calculated the cost online w/ Fedex it came out to $150+ a seat. I did the transaction through our account instead of doing it through kinkos and it ended up costing $50 less per seat to ship them cross country.

i understand there should be some sort of handling fee, but I'd think that'd be mixed into the pricing of the part, not inflating the shipping.

Default yup, first $100 is free, you start paying over $100...

to insure something for $450 is an additional $2-3 generally (at least w/ Fedex)
