Just wondering if this was ok. The new, chipped ECU has the same specifications as my car.
Both ECUs are coded for a:
-non-dbw engine
-front-track
-manual transmission
The difference is in the last letter and the fact that the P came out of a 98 and my current N is a 97.

My 97 came with a 557N but runs fine (maybe even better) on a 557P.
The MAF in my 97 is from a newer year (needed to update when I had GIAC software), thats the only thing I could think that would make a difference.
