Eibach ProKits + Bilsteins + 17x7.5 ET35 +225/45-17 = Front tires hitting fenders!

BTDT...I had Pro-Kits with Konis and 17x8 ET35 and the tires would nip the metal on the fenders.
I agree that the springs are the main culprit. I only had a one finger gap in front.
I'm now running OEM Sport, but if I were to do it again, I'd go H&R Sports with Bilsteins. I have never heard this problem reported with that setup.
I'd avoid the Eurosport, just for fear of the same issue...not worth the hassle of yet another install.
Good luck!

Pro-kits, sport shocks, and 17x8 SSR's here, and I've only rubbed once
I took a sharp corner into a parking lot and hit a pothole mid-corner, and it felt like there was some contact up front. No visible damage, though.
Aside from that one incident, I can't remember any rubbing problems.

Well, I'm installing the shocks this weekend. I'll let you know how it turns out.
This is the first I'm hearing of the problem, and it's about a month too late . I'm crossing my fingers, and hoping I have different results.

How I noticed...
I was at the NY/CT gathering this weekend and bunch of people were commenting on how nice and low my car sat. Some wondered how I could not be rubbing based on the dramatic drop (barely one finger between the top of the wheel and the fender). Well... upon closer inspection - basically sticking my finger up in the liner - I could feel the liner was dented and the fender lip was warped from tire contact.... Bummer.

Dan, feel under the fender for liner damage and make sure that your fender lip has not been
damaged or puuled down where it could cut into your tires...
I would not have noticed if I did not actually poke around in the fender...

Yep, rubbing wouldn't have bothered me so much, but the sheet metal being pulled was bothersome!
The pulled metal would then cut into the corner of my S-02s and took a couple chunks out! Argh!

EIBACH RESPONSE TO PRO-KIT RUBBING
Well, they are looking into the possibility of a design flaw. I am not hopeful since they are maintaining that the Springs are designed to work within the parameters of a STOCK car - i.e., not aftermarket springs or wheels. Personally, I understand that they cannot be responsible for drastic mods (like race setups) but I think its is BS since my setup is clearly conservative from an Aftermarket perspective and their design should have taken into account the probability of aftermarket sport shocks (Bilstein and Koni) and ET35 offsets withe17x 7.5" or even 8" wheels.
If you have experienced ANY rubbing with the Pro-Kits, I would like to be able to use your experience as further proof of a design flaw. Please email me with details of your setup. Thanks - at the very least, we may be able to help future buyers of the Pro-Kits...
