Default Do either of the fans come on? What are you using to trigger the fans?

The signal for the AUX fan is WAY too high to use as the primary fan.. I'd use an adjustable temp switch for the fan..

Oh!!! Are you sure its' actually working? If yes, then I'd suspect that there is still air in there.

What are you using to turn on the EFK? Do you run ac all the time?

Default Correct and correct.

Sometimes, I am as clear as mud.

I have heat from the heater core. Can I have heat and still need a bleed?

Default Well, it is spinning.....

Other than that, I dunno how fast or how well. I suupose when it is hot I should feel some resistance in the clutch, huh?

Default Do we have two sensors?

One for fan, one for guage? The guage seems accurate.

If there is a second one, well, then, no, I am not sure

Default It will always spin a little.. When the VC locks up, the fan will noticeably speed up..

you could also feel the ratiator for cold spots, feel the hoses on the inlet and outlet side... does sound like a fan problem. At speeds over say, 40, does the temp drop as well?
