A few weeks ago, driving home, my brake pad light came on. OK, I thought, it's due. But it went off, and hasn't come back. A couple days later, I hit a puddle on the highway with the left front. ABS light comes on, beeps, and BRAKE light blinks. Since then, the past 2 weeks, it comes and goes. I ran the code, and it seems like I need to have my ABS control module rebuilt like so many others.

However, today on the drive home from work, my AIRBAG light comes on from the start. Stays on the whole time, blinking at me. But the ABS light NEVER came on at all!

Each thing on its own wouldn't bother me, but I'm cautious to have anything fixed if there's some way I could be getting false codes.

Anyone else have problems like these? Comments/suggestions welcome.

yes, but it doesn't tell me why the ABS code stops showing up when the airbag code comes on. They shouldn't have anything to do with one another, but they do.
