Bill In SoCal

This most noticeable when the car is sitting parked and the radio is on. An electronic buzz can be heard through the speakers and the radio display get noticeably dimmer. It comes and goes but is there significantly more than not.

The key out of the ignition and the radio ONLY on still produces this result.

Any ideas what could be interfering?
