Default After they way they are handling JDBlueAudiS4 S4 issues...

I'd prefer not to give them any business. No reflection on Marisa of course. She just happens to work for dealership that really needs a wake up call.

You know what happened with their BMW side? Horror stories to say the least.

Default according to marisa...

He isn't suing Don Rosen. Its Audi that he's suing. She claims they are doing everything that they can to help him out. She insists that if you ask him, he will tell you this.

Default He's posted his experiences, and I've followed closely.

Ultimately, AoA is liable (that's why he's suing them). But AoA is not performing the work on his car, DR is. Even if you don't fault DR for not being able to restore the car to proper working order, they've dropped the ball on other accounts. It's an unfortunate situation, but DR is only making the situation more difficult than it has to be for their customer. That speaks volumes.

As I intially said, the information has been freely posted for those inclined to read it. Furthermore, if you contact Jon, as Marisa suggested, I'm sure he'll be very forthcoming about his experiences with DR.

Once again, this is not a reflection on Marisa. My statements are about the dealership as an entity. It's something potential buyers should consider when deciding where to spend their money.

And just in case you get the feeling this is some internet hearsay, I know Jon, I picked up my first Audi from Don Rosen, I have used their service department. I know a number of local Audi owners, many of whom have had experiences with DR, and I'm one of the founders of the Eastern PA Quattro Club. Word of mouth is a funny thing. You met Marisa at a local GTG, and you're passing along her name. I've seen how DR has handled a number of cases over the last 5+ years, and I'm passing along a counterpoint.

Very good points.

Just for the record, my relationship with DR and Marisa go back long before a GTG in December.

Don Rosen is an advertiser here. I was passing the word that they have some good deals on the table (close out the year).

By no means was I attempting to open a can of worms. Let alone THIS can!

Cheers.

Default I would never go to DR if my life depended on it.

I have not followed the story you and Raj have been, but I know someone who was sold a 330CI that was certified apparently. The engine blew 3k later and BMW will not back any car sold thorugh Rosen now from my knowledge. More or less from what I gather DR was selling cars that should have had salvage titles as certified. They are a shady dealer IMO.
