Engine "jolts" when starting car

Searching for "jolt" didn't return much useful information! Not sure what else to describe this as...
Sometimes when I start my car (usually after it has sat overnight), the engine makes a "jolt" (I can feel it in the brake pedal) that I can hear and feel.
The engine mounts aren't completely busted. I just had the car in for service at the dealer (timing belt tensionser was coming apart) and they didn't mention those at all. The only thing they mentioned was a small leak in the transaxle that they recommended I look at fixing soon, but didn't deem "emergency".
Also, it should be noted that it doesn't do this during every start.

They said one valve gasket was starting to leak, and the transaxle... I doubt/know either of those would be the cause.
I'll call them to verify it wasn't another seal.
