Default Seaform will do the job too, and do a better one at that. Have you used dino or syn oil most of...

Default Don't use solvent flush, not in a V6. Maybe in 1.8t IF it's needed to save the engine. Auto-Rx is...

Auto-Rx is a non-solvent cleaner used in industrial applications where solvents cannot be used. Firstly, keep you car AWAY from Pap Boys. DIY oil changes are much better. WalMArt oil servie is pretty good, gotta BYO filter, but that have lots of oil choices. In summer, 15w-40 diesel-rated oil is best and it's cheap. Another good oil at most Walmarts is Mobil 1 5w-40 SUV oil and another is their SUPERTECH 10w-30 Synth with High Mileage additives. Hi-Mi oils are another way to go, but Auto-Rx is the King of Seal conditioning, but I'd use the Hi-Mi oil in it's absence. 15w-40 summer and 5w-40 winter. Do a few frequent changes of 15w-40 then a Hi-Mi oil like MaxLife or the SUPERTECH. Unless you want to get into the Auto-Rx...an excellent product. Again, solvent flushes are a last resort. Solvents disslove sludge, spreading it throughout the engine and also "dissloving" seals.
