Engine Light - Secondary Air Injection System Question (P0411)

Engine Light - Secondary Air Injection System Question (P0411)
A couple days ago the engine light of my 99.5 2.8QM went on. I pulled the codes, and there were two:
P0332 - Knock Sensor 2 Circuit - Low Input (Bank 2)
P0411 - Secondary Air Injection System - Incorrect flow detected.
I looked up the secondary air injection system on the Bentley manual and searched the forums and thought I probably had a loose vacuum line or perhaps the air injunction pump motor went out. I have not done anything about it yet.
But this morning the light went off. I am new to Audis, so can anyone tell me why the light would go on then off? Now that it is off, does it mean the secondary air induction system is operating properly now?

2ndary air and knock sensor will effect driveablity of your car..and the CEL has a 3-day cycle
before it will turn itself out and then come back on as a reminder, or unless another DTC propmpts sooner action.
