and hear a pssss pssss pssss pssss psss sound, thats rhytmic. it gets faster as the engine speeds go up. it sounds sort of like a scraping or something...im not sure. but it does sounds like pss pssss psss like someone is trying to whsiper to you, like that sound. something going wrong? it goes away after it getting warm.

its coming from the front of the engine bay...but ill try your method.

that is where the pump is .. behind the passenger's side lower grill.
