I have a 1996 Audi A4 2.8 with 184,000 miles. I stopped at a grocery store on the way home last week and the car would not start when I came out.
I rented a code reader from Auto Zone and it told me 1340 and 1392 and all signs point to the Camshaft position sensor.
Question is, where is it located? Also, what other parts should I replace just to be on the safe side. I'm thinking the fuel filter and PCV valve.
