I have the same recurring code now that will not go away. Driver side impact bag, resistance too high. Code used to clear, but is there to stay. I'm going to see if I have any recourse with Audi on this. Airbags are spec'd to be replaced in 14 years, not 6 or 7. Any advice there? I've heard a few stories where people have had luck with AoA on this issue.

also, i had been out of town while the light came on (i was still in my warranty at the time), however their service dept was booked up for weeks and by the time my service date rolled around, i was out of warranty. they wanted to charge me, but they said they would call AoA and it turns out AoA agreed to do the work for free. i guess my situation was different though, being just out of warranty by a few weeks.
