Escort Passport 9500i or Valentine 1?
Looking at getting a radar detector, I narrowed it down to these two. Anyone have a recommendations or comments on these two?

Get both, decide for yourself. Return the one you don't like.
Each brand has their fans who insist that one is better than the other. I have the V1. Bought it because it was recommended by a friend. I've had it for 4 years now, and have no complaints.

a comment.....
Used a V1 driving across country numerous times. Incredibly accurate. In fact it catches the signal so early it took us a bit of getting used to the fact that the cop would be miles down the way. The arrows are really helpful to catch them pacing you or playing games over the radio(ie calling ahead). Even if your driving the speed limit, its nice to know where they are. Highly recommend the V1.

bel rx65pro... i've run it vs valentine,and other than arrows it dominates it
and can be gotten for wayyy cheaper<ul><li><a href="http://www.sbhcorp.com/scripts/homeViewItem-1504.html">here for $219</a></li></ul>
