Default European style mirrors

I want to get those european side mirrors that have no blind spots. I can't seem to find an english site selling them for the little right mirror also. Anyone know the technical name, preferrably in german. Everything i can think of and translate from babelfish comes up w/ nothing on ebay.de

Default I actually had a set of those mirrors sitting around the house.

The set was for the older non dbw car with the small half size passenger mirror and normal size drivers mirror.

Default Aspherische Außenspiegel

I got the German aspherical mirror (it's optional there) on the driver's side. I bought it over there years ago. I prefer it very much over the regular sideview mirror. The aspherical mirror is mosly slightly wideangle, but the outermost 1/4 or so, the wideangle effect becomes a lot more pronounced, eliminating the dead angle almost completely.

One word of caution:
I you let anybody else drive the car (mechanic, valet), tell them about the mirror, or they might hit something when backing up.

Default Whoa, I paid only like $15 for the mirror glass alone

I popped the regular mirror glass out, then popped the new one in. It's heated, too.

PS: Sorry, that post should have gone under Boba Fett's post.

Default I'll try to take a pic this weekend and post it

And no, the driver's side mirror is exactly the same size as the regular mirror.
