Eventual Turbo upgrade path

Eventual Turbo upgrade path
I've decided that I eventually want to get a k04 turbo put on my audi a4 1.8Tq 5sp.
From what i've gathered, this requires:
*New Chip
*New Exhaust System
*Turbo Kit
*Intercooler (recommended)
Is there a company that offers a clear upgrade path so that parts can be purchased (probably in order as listed above) gradually so that I may spread the cost of the upgrade over a long time instead of plunking down $4-5k in one sitting?
Also, where can i get more info on exhaust systems?

And that company's name shalt be APR. :)
But they don't sell the K04, they sell a larger turbo. AWE tuning sells the K04, and you can purchase chips and exhausts seperately from them.
