Default Exhaust sound??
Hi

Im not sure if this is possible, but does anyone have a sound clip of a A4 1.8 T Sport with std and modded exhausts, would just like to hear what they sound like with and without.

Default Sound is not everything...
the performance exhaust is not for sound. Otherwise, if you want sound, save your money and by an end pipe that is throaty. Those belong on H cars though! The performance exhaust is for better freeflow and performance perameters. We all like a better sound, but you never know just how it is gonna sound on your car. Do a search on this forum for exhaust. There are a few well known brands that are popular and will look good, sound good, and give you the better freeflow you are looking for.

Default Aftermarket or custom?
Just wondering if I should go with an aftermarket exhaust or have a custom one made?

Default Aftermarket
APR is a great system to consider. There are a whole bunch out there. Custom is not needed.

Default go to www.awe-tuning.com they have a borla sound clip....
they have some exhaust for the B6 too that sounds pretty nasty.

Default Not much price difference though...
Both are going to run around $1k.

Anyone used a V-Force muffler on an A4?
