mine did that when it was new - the clicking - it went away after 4k miles

Which ones? My research indicates that the lemon law does not apply to noises.

Default well, maybe not noises, but there are lemon law claims not involving safety

for instance, in texas, all it takes is X number of trips to a dealer for the same problem, and a call to the producer of the vehicle - you have to be able to prove that it is 'reasonable'
they usually have pamplets at the library

Mine made the same rattle -- CAM tensioner was bad. Very bad for the engine... .

Default Does not apply to rattles, but if there is a noise that is clearly mechanical in

nature it should be covered
