Default Final Oil Question

<center><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v405/A4orce84/Oil.jpg"></center><p>Hey Guys,

So as some of you may know, I was looking for the proper weight oil for my chipped 1.8T. Alot of people recommended a variety of oil weight and types, but it seemed the consensus as well as what was AOA approved was Mobil 1 0w-40. Tried to get the Mobil 1 0W-40 since it is an AOA and VWOA approved oil, but the stores I checked didn't have it, so I figured I would go with the next best thing and get the 5W-40, there's a few guys on here running it..so I'm not too worried. Just as long as it is full synthetic and had a 40 weight, it's all good. Right?

Default that's not 40 weight oil...

the higher the number the higher the temp it's capable of. The weight is 5W ( W = weight) 10W 15W.. yaddi yadda. Just so you know. But i think this will work fine for you. I'm running 10w-30. Good Luck . Mobil =great

Some do... but Walmart's an evil empire. Try Napa and Autozone.
