Hehe I used a dremel with a cutting wheel IIRC. Speed was prolly a bit high, leaving charred burrs on it. I smoother it out afterwards. =)

Looks good, but i give the passenger side one abouther month or two to be done and a month or two after that before it gets kicked in.
