before and after

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/54666/brakelightmod1.jpg">

some notes while i did the mod:

i only had to weld one side of the rear circuit to get both lights to come on

with this mod you shouldnt use the the rear fogs are those will illuminate the rear deck brake light as well, therefore your brake light will be one all the time

the whole soldering with this mod shouldnt take more than 10 mins. its a cheap and easy mod.

Default It's cheap and easy... but why do it?

Then you can't use the rear fog in cases such as... fog...

Default Instead of just jumping them together you should install a diode between them

That would provide a one-way connection so that the fogs light up with the brakes, but the brakes don't light up with the fogs.

Default Often enough to make it useful.

It's bright and only on one side so that in heavy downpours or fog it'll grab someones attention.
