I believe 160 is the V Tec, the others are around 150 or so...
And without doing the research, (or caring), I'd guess the Civic weighs more like 2800 lbs at least.....The Prelude SH weighs ~3000, no SH is ~2925.

the Si is the top of the line as far as performance.......
it only comes with a VTEC engine, the only NON-VTEC engines in the civic lineup arent offered on the Si, therfore every Si has 160hp (or more with mods)

how do you figure every SI has 160 hp.... will you say the same for the pre-vtec SI's
or would you happen to believe that the V-Tec came out in 1986 till 1994? V-Tec was introduced in 1995 previous SI's were rated anywhere from 120 hp - 140 hp depending on year.

hence the following statement.....
"(for the previous generation)" i am only speaking about that which i know, which is the most recent generation of civic si's (up til 2000). these are the most common civic si's and i assume this is the generation of which A18T speaks. as for the previous ones, i have no idea what the actual horsepower number is, which is why i made no assertion about them.

A18T specifically said civic Si, which is why i made that statement. had he just said civic....
i wouldnt have made the statement. i dont know enough about civic's to make assertions about the non-si's, but i do know what the numbers are for a stock Si from 99-00.
