Default Exactly the reason why I've turned away AAA/RoadSide guys on 2 occasions.

When I talk to the RoadSide Audi Rep, I specifically tell them to contact whomever they're sending and tell them to bring boards to help ramp the car up onto the flatbed. Otherwise, they'll damage the front bumper cover. One Rep told me that the damage is minimal and expected. If I wanted it fixed, they'd pay for it.

One guy was not too happy with me when I told him that he wasn't getting the job. It was a phone war to call RoadSide Audi Rep. When the Rep told me that they were sending another AAA truck from another service, the guy wouldn't believe me and wouldn't release my car from the tow hooks. He then went into the cab of the truck and wouldn't talk to me. I knocked on the door and told him that I was calling the police right now if he didn't release my car. He turned away on his cell phone. So, I dialed 911, pounded on his window and put my phone up to the window showing him that 911 was being dialed. He quickly got out of the cab and I explained the situation to the dispatcher and hung up while watching him quickly remove my car from the hooks. I had to jump into my car because it was sitting in Neutral and was starting to drift backwards towards my buddy's Passat.

Needless to say, I wasn't happy with AAA's service. It's hit and miss with AAA...sometimes you get a guy who enjoys cars and his job.

Default ...and why I driven my car to a dealer the last 3 of 4 times a coilpack has failed.

Thankfully, they've all failed relatively close to a dealer.

Default thats the one thing i'm concerned about...

the estimate that i received from the body shop is the same cost i can get my RS4 bumper for. i'm not sure how i should go about ordering it though. would the body shop order it and pay for it? or will i have to buy it? if i buy it, who reimburses me?
