first problem was the line from the dv to the intake mani was fxcored... so i replaced that. Second was the plunger wasn't moving to smoothy.. put some oil in it and it's great (in the dv).
However, i did change something and want to know if i'm not smart for this. I put the DV directly into the Tip. No hose inbetween. I then ran new hose from the IC piping to the DV. ok or bad? car feels like 21k

The drawback with that arrangement is heat from the turbo can frag a valve pretty quickly. I've found the best arrangement for nDBW (no secondary air pump in the way) is to install the DV directly into the turbo outlet hose, run a short hose from it to a 90 degree elbow and then another hose up to the port on the turbo inlet hose. This puts the hoses under and outside the frame rail. Plenty of room, keeps the hoses from sharp bends that can kink it and keeps the DV down in the 'cool zone'.
