Well, you're out the tires and wheels...
but you have the factory wheels sitting in your apt., and the check they are cutting you will include the price of factory wheels and tires. I know, it still stings, because if you sell the wheels you have, you still won't get back the $2K you dumped into aftermarket wheels and tires.
Sound system...gone. Give 'em the receipts for the stuff you had in there and see what they say. They may give you half just to shut you up.
Radar detector/scanner...typically not covered.
Other mods on the car (ECU/BPV, etc)...you replaced a stock component with aftermarket...they are paying for the cost of OEM bits in the check they are going to give you...so it's technically been factored in.
What else was there?
I know, it's lose-lose here, but that's the way it goes when you make changes to a car from stock form. You hope you don't have to deal with a total loss...but if you do, you're going to eat some of the loss.

Okay, I didn't realize you still needed sugar-coating...
Put all your receipts together, and hand them to the insurance company. Hopefully they'll cut you a check for the value of the car plus all the mods, and you'll be able to buy an S4 with no extra money out-of-pocket. Life is good!

Seems like a nice car!
Florida means no salt/sand/snow...one hopes.
V1 receipt...I have one...but it has my name on it, and only indicates a selling price of $359.00. Don't have access to a scanner right now, but I can scan it tomorrow, and email it to you.
