Hey guys, There is a post a little ways down that talks about a flucuating rpm at idle. I have this problem. Apperently Audi has issued a TSB for the issue that says to clean the throttle body, and then preform a throttle body adaptation. I was wondering how you do a throttle body adaptation and what sort of things to expect? Thank you.

connect it, turn key to on .. don't start or touch the gas pedal. The TB will align in the first few seconds of turning the key back on. You'll hear a little whirring and clicking as it steps thru the settings.

if you have a vag you can use the vag to do the throttle adapt. DBW is 060 and non dbw is in the 090's somewhere, I keep forgetting exactly which one it is but I am pretty sure it is either 095 or 098.
