Has anyone brought them to a Firestone dealer of Tirerack.

Default Tirerack will refund purely on tread remaining. 50% remains, 50% refund
you can buy anything from tirerack wiht that refund

Just ordered SZ50 EP to replace the Re730s. Just call customer service and tell them that you want a RA # to return the 730s.

Basicilly, Bridgestone is treating this as an extended 30 day test drive. They'll pro-rate the refund on treadware.

No hassle, no problems... so far.
