You forgot to add, "in my opinion." :-)

Default Speaking the truth isn't actionable, even if it's motivated by "revenge".

Of course, a dealership intent on shutting up its critics by answering complaints with lawsuits couldn't care less about whether the lawsuit actually has merit. I hope this guy holds his ground against the dealership. These kinds of tactics just plain suck.

Default Read the very last post..The only poster supporting JE VW proved their incompetence..

The poster said that when he was sold the GTi the dealer did not even know it had 17" package...Hmmm..thats funny...so he sold you a car with out knowing the VIN or atleast not even looking at the inventory for the car....
That is incompetence....
They clearly suck..In my opinion of course.... I don't want to get sued for libel..
I think it is great they sued him..they just bent themselves over and stuck the *sex toy* up their own asses....This will be much worse press than a post on a message forum
Hmmm...glad to hear that VW service sucks just as much as ours..

Default Thread says there was to be a hearing this AM (11/19) on JE's request for an injunction. Outcome??

If the judge enjoins further posting about JE, he'll be dead wrong. That'd be "prior restraint", and it's unconstitutional. Damn, I hope that guy has a decent lawyer.

Default Well, there are two sides to every story...

Reading his side, it doesn't seem to warrant a lawsuit, provided he told the truth. If he can provide documentation that it took several days for them to attend to his car, and they still didn't address the issues he brought it in for, he should be okay. If the documents support that they did do their job, and did provide the service that was expected, he'll have some answering to do.
