Default How...

did you know you had a boost leak? I have a major problem going on now that I think may be this same problem. Before could only here turbo whine on passanger side, now I hear a hard sucking or blowing coming from somewhere on the driver side? Changed air filter with now change to problem. Any help would be great.

Default What year is your car? If it's a 2000 most likely it's your L hose. With boost leaks your car

overboosts and you car's computer sends into safe mode or "limp mode". Where are you located? If you're in NJ or near I can help you try to find it.

Default 2000

It is a 2000, but I am in IL. Where would I locate the "L" hose, and does this sound like a boost problem.

Default If you have a 2000 with the stock "L"hose then you are way overdue.

Even if it dosen't look torn replace it. This torn hose causes all kinds of problems. Buy it online for about $16. It's $29 at the dealer.

This is the article.
