Yes but your using a GIAC chip. I think if he is still using his wett chip he should just go up
one bar from what he was using already. He can always go up one more time if it does not run rich enough for him. Running to rich will rob him of even more power. DSR also does the K04 kits using the stock 3 bar FPR's for the non dbw cars.

I figured a 5bar fpr was needed to get enough fuel with the extra boost. But is it actually just because the GIAC chip is designed specifically for that size fpr? So you can actually get enough fuel for 20 psi with a 3bar fpr and stock injectors? (i.e. with the non-dbw cars)

There are a few kits out there right now.
Some use a stock fpr/stock injectors, 5bar/stock injectors, stock fpr/larger injectors or 4bar/5bar/larger injectors. Clark was using a 3bar and 310 injectors.
