Front bumper gap! Where do I get the bumper/well liner screws?

On my 1999.5 2.8Q (original owner 115K!), my front bumper seems to be coming loose near the seam with the front quarter panel, and a gap forms. I can pop it in by hand, but then eventually it pops off and the gap is back. It's looking like I'm missing some liner screws in the wheel well connecting the bumper to the liner (and possibly causing the top of the bumper to gap.)
Does this make sense, do you guys think i need something other than these screws, and where might I get them (other than the rip-off dealer)?
Thanks!

there are no screws holding the bumper up on the driver/passenger side. Your most likely causes are
a) your hanger is worn out
b) you need to push harder.. that thing is a bastard to get on right, but when you do... she's solid
c) i found this out on my car. The hanger screws were loose.. so when i pushed the bumper against it.. all the force wa sjust popping the hanger back where it should be, but not grabbing the bumper. I zip tied the hanger onto the fender and now it holds (i ordered the screws/washers i need.. i'll be installing them in place of the zipties shortly)
