Front license plate hole pluggers?

Front license plate hole pluggers?
I was thinking that a nice small, low pro plug might look nicer on the front of an a4 that's been drilled for the front plate than that big ol' plastic plate mount.
Has anyone found such an alternative, or have other suggestions than body work?

Yes, that's what I did.
Note that the plugs are more visible on lighter colored cars. Even so, I think it still looks better than a license plate.
I bought some plugs from the dealer, who also sells Porsches. I think they were Porsche plugs. I got some touch up paint and painted the plug tops to match my car. I also put a coat of clear nail polish on them, as a "clearcoat" to prevent chipping.
The bases of the plugs I got were a little small, so I wrapped some electrical tape around them, and then put some glue on the bases & popped them in.
Haven't had any problems since. They look good & aren't very noticeable unless you're up close. I hope that helps!
